By accessing or using The Padel Range website or creating a player account, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the platform or its services.
2. Player Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when creating an account and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Each player should use their own account and should not impersonate another person or share account access.
3. Open Matches
Open Matches are community games intended to help players find and organize games. An Open Match does not automatically count toward ladder standings. Match records and completion status may be managed by The Padel Range administration.
4. Tournaments
Tournament registration is subject to the tournament's stated eligibility requirements, registration deadline, team capacity, entry fee, format, and other published details. The Padel Range may remove or cancel a registration where the applicable rules or requirements are not met.
Once a tournament is running or completed, new registrations are not permitted. Tournament matches, results, standings, and history may be recorded in the player platform.
5. Coaching
Coaching information and packages displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes. A coaching request made through WhatsApp is a request for confirmation and does not itself guarantee availability until confirmed by The Padel Range or the relevant coach.
6. Loyalty Rewards
Loyalty rewards are subject to the current loyalty rules published by The Padel Range. Qualifying games and reward progress may depend on an administrator marking an eligible match as completed. Rewards, vouchers, and their terms may be subject to availability and applicable conditions.
7. Website Content
We aim to keep website information accurate and useful, but schedules, availability, prices, packages, tournament details, facilities, and other information may change without prior notice.
8. Acceptable Use
- Do not use the platform for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to another account.
- Do not submit misleading or abusive information.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website.
- Respect other players, coaches, staff, and tournament participants.
9. Cancellations and Changes
The Padel Range may change, postpone, cancel, or modify a match, tournament, coaching arrangement, facility offering, or other service when reasonably necessary, including because of operational, safety, weather, maintenance, or other circumstances.
10. Third-Party Services
The website may link to or use third-party services such as WhatsApp, Google Maps, hosting services, or other external providers. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Padel Range is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access, third-party services, temporary website unavailability, or information that has changed after publication. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
